Firm, nourish and strengthen your barrier with epii’s HPT6 Ultra Cream 10%, a high-strength firming moisturiser with skin-identical lipids.
Skin loses its bounce when the structure beneath the surface weakens. This cream is powered by 10% HPT (Hydroxypropyl Tetrahydropyrantriol), which supports the glycosaminoglycans and proteins that anchor the dermo-epidermal junction. It is paired with 2% Matrixyl Synthé’6, a peptide that supports the dermal matrix. The result is two firming actives working at two depths.
What sets the cream apart from the serum is its barrier lipid complex. Ceramide NP, Cholesterol and Fatty Acids are combined in a skin-identical 3:1:1 ratio to rebuild the moisture barrier. They are joined by Squalane and Sodium Hyaluronate, which lock in hydration.
Ectoin, Panthenol, Centella Asiatica and Allantoin calm and soothe. Ergothioneine, Carnosine and Melatonin add antioxidant protection against the UV and pollution stress that accelerates ageing.
The texture is rich and cushiony but melts in without greasiness, which suits both AC-dried skin and Dubai heat. The formula is free from niacinamide and alcohol, dermatologically tested and cruelty-free.
Best suited to mature, dry or dehydrated skin showing lost firmness, crepiness or fine lines.

How To Use
1. Apply as the last step of your skincare routine, after toner and serums, to seal everything in.
2. Scoop a pea-sized amount for the face, with a little more for the neck and décolleté.
3. Warm it between your fingertips, then press and smooth it on using upward, outward strokes. Avoid tugging skin downward.
4. For a two-step firming routine, layer over epii HPT6 Ultra Drop 10%.
5. Use morning and night. In the morning, follow with SPF 50, because UV breaks down the collagen you're working to support.
