This limitation applies to claims arising from:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or economic losses

This limitation does NOT apply to:

• Manufacturing defects, product contamination, or safety issues (full refund or replacement provided in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy)
• Undisclosed ingredients, product mislabeling, or authenticity issues (full refund including all shipping costs)
• Personal injury or property damage caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts
• Violations of your statutory consumer rights under applicable UAE or GCC consumer protection laws
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law) or other applicable regulations
