Shipping Fee Structure

Shipping fees displayed at checkout are flat rates based on delivery service and destination emirate. Actual delivery costs may vary based on precise delivery location, distance, and operational factors.

How we calculate shipping:

• Customers pay fixed shipping rates shown above
• We absorb any difference between customer shipping fees and actual delivery costs
• No additional shipping charges will be added after checkout

The flat rates above include a buffer to account for variable delivery costs across different zones within each emirate and service area.

4 Hour Same Day Delivery

Order Cutoff: 6:00 PM

Delivery Window: Within 4 hours of order placement

Next Day Delivery

Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days.

Delivery Window: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (next business day)

3-Day Delivery (Remote Areas)

Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM

Delivery Days: Thursday and Sunday only

Delivery Window: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Delivery Attempts

4 Hour Delivery: 1 delivery attempt. If delivery fails, order is immediately returned to our delivery partner's warehouse.

Next Day & 3-Day Delivery: Up to 3 delivery attempts:

• 2 delivery attempts without prior contact
• After 2 failed attempts, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a 3rd attempt
• After 3 failed attempts, or 2 failed attempts without confirmation for a 3rd attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse

Failed Delivery Fee: The full delivery fee will be charged for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery.

Proof of Delivery

For all deliveries, our delivery partner provides photographic proof of delivery (image of the parcel at your door or with recipient).

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by Quiqup, a licensed delivery and delivery service provider in the UAE.
