Anua’s Rice 70 Intensive Moisturizing Milk addresses the daily trio of dullness, moisture loss, and barrier weakness in a single step, using 70% Rice Bran Water as its base to deliver hydration, brightness, and lasting nourishment .
At the heart of the formula, 70% ANUA Rice Water+™ is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that brighten the complexion, improve overall skin clarity, and restore healthy balance.
– Niacinamide works alongside it to refine uneven tone, regulate oil, and strengthen the skin barrier over time.
– Five types of Ceramides (NP, AS, AP, NS & EOP) alongside Squalane lock in moisture and reinforce the skin barrier to prevent dehydration, keeping skin supple and comfortable throughout the day.
– Meadowfoam Seed Oil soothes and creates a light, breathable moisture seal, while Hydrolyzed Rice Protein and Rice Seed Protein nourish with emollient properties that smooth texture and prevent surface moisture loss.
Rounding out the formula, Adenosine supports elasticity and smooths the appearance of fine lines, Ectoin defends against environmental stress, and Tocopherol (Vitamin E) provides antioxidant protection against the free radical damage that accelerates dullness and uneven tone.

How To Use
1. You can apply toner in two ways:
Palm method: Pour a few drops into clean hands and press into skin.
Cotton pad method: Pour a few drops onto a cotton pad and sweep over skin.
For hydrating toners, the palm method is often preferred to minimize waste and maximize absorption.
2. Press and pat toner into your skin to aid absorption. Do not rub.
3. Once it absorbs, apply the next layer if you are using multiple layers of hydrating toner.
Layering: Use your hydrating toner after cleansing your face and before serum and moisturizer. You can apply multiple layers of toner ("toner layering") for extra hydration, especially in cold environments or dry air, or if you have dry or dehydrated skin.
Precautions: For fungal acne-prone skin, opt for lightweight, water-based toners with simple, non-comedogenic formulas to avoid fungal triggers.
